Unknown Number
On this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee watched a Netflix true crime documentary called Unknown Number: The High School Catfish. I go into this knowing "who done it" but give my honest reactions to the story. If you haven't seen the documentary, SPOILERS GALORE. I recommend watching it first, then you can scream in frustration along with me. The person responsible is infuriating and will make you want to reach through your TV and slap them. I fittingly choose to drink Angry Orchard Crisp Light while my temper boils over with this doc. So sit back, crack open your angry drink of choice, and watch the fumes pour from my ears.
Cutwater Challenge + DIY Cat Toy
In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee takes on the Cutwater Challenge while crafting a cat toy. The Cutwater Challenge is where you purchase a high ABV pack of Cutwater and see how long it takes you to get drunk. I make the abysmal choice to do this challenge with the Strawberry White Russian... Do not recommend trying to do this with a creamy beverage. The cat toy that I make is an enrichment treat dispenser box. The drunken process is a struggle to put it nicely. Poor, poor Nathan.

I was tasked with finding the "funniest" representation of each category, not leaving my neighborhood, and, of course, drinking a beer. My beer for this perfect summer day is Big Grove Citrus Surfer. It's the ideal combo for warm air and sunshine. Watch as I fail miserably at finding fun stuff in my neighborhood!
Plant Mom
In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee attempts to repot a gigantic aloe plant named Balthazar. Watch as I break his old pot with a hammer to free his giant tangle of roots. Nathan and I sip Andre mimosas in our Brumate champagne flutes and somehow make it to Home Goods. I end up filthy, sweaty, and tired, but Balthazar is happy.
Relieving Back Pain
In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee has a hurt back and her and Nathan try their best to fix it. I try soaking in the hot tub, getting a massage, using a heating pad, trying the TENS machine, and icing my back all while sipping on Barntown LIT. We truly suck at this self-care thing, but hey! my back feels a little better!

Adult Prom is coming up, and the theme is video games, so we chose Perler bead crafts as our self-care this week. We end up with an NES bow tie, a Mario-themed boutonniere, and Bubble Bobble. This time around, Mamacita seltzers are our drink of choice, and they are FANTASTIC! Tequila equals a good time.

Crumbl Cookie Taste-Off
In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee is joined by Nathan and their crazy niece Addi for a Crumbl Cookie Taste-Off. We tried out four flavors of cookies: Rocky Road, Galaxy Brownie, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Cookie Butter Ice Cream. The taste-off consisted of a rating scale of 1 - 5; 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. There were three categories to rate: Taste, Texture, and Appearance. Since we had a little nug with us, we kept it booze-free with delicious Shirley Temples. (Plus 4 cherries in each for good measure.)
Smoked & Steamed
In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee tries out a facial steamer while sipping on smoked bourbon. I experience failure after failure until I finally get it right. Opening my pores, alleviating some neuralgia pain, and using a single glass beverage smoker to infuse Cedar Ridge Bourbon with a delicious smoky flavor. In this episode of Should Be Committed, Jodee attempts to trim, bleach, and color her hair under the supervision of Kara. I struggle through this entire process and need some extra self-care after this self-care. While sipping on some Nutrl seltzers, I manage to obtain some fun and funky pink hair.
